What this workshop solves:
In Start with Soul, you’ll learn to deeply connect with who you truly are and align that with your vision for a meaningful life. Together, we quiet the outside noise and root your journey in your core beliefs. Through reflection and soulful exploration, you’ll gain clarity and direction to live with intention—no more drifting without purpose.

This workshop is for the dreamers, the storytellers, the caregivers who often put others first. For those who feel the 9-to-5 life doesn’t fit and who are ready to honor their unique path after following “the rules” for too long.

This is our process:
1 why i created this workshop
As a woman of colour, I rarely saw spaces that reflected voices like mine. I share my story to create a safe space where others can reconnect with their truth and move forward with clarity.
2 Visualize your Dream Life
Have you created Vision Boards or thought of Your Perfect Day? Dive deep into why you chose specific things, places and milestones on your vision board.
3 Figuring out the Facts
Learn about what makes you You. Everyone has a story of how they got to where they are now. Your unique story guides your everyday choices. This step is the foundation of You.
4 Who are You, really?
Whose expectations are you living out? In this phase, we gently separate your voice from outside influences.
5 Building from your Core
We revisit your vision board with fresh eyes, grounding it in the values and relationships you care most about. This step helps connect your inner world to what you truly want.
6 living with purpose
Here's where clarity turns into movement. We explore how your desires, values and skills intersect. This isn't about "figuring it all out", but about taking your next right step.

This is an in-person 3 hour workshop that will be recorded. After the workshop, you will have access to an edited version without pauses and breaks. It will include a powerpoint presentation and PDF workbooks.
